Dr Philip Cohen Veterinarian attended the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Chemistry. He then earned his Veterinary Medicine Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania (UP). He then completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York, New York after which he completed his residency at the Vet Medical Center of Long Island in Neurology and Neurosurgery. Dr Philip Cohen Veterinarian has a special interest in spinal surgery as well as the treatment and diagnosis of underlying causes of seizures. His favorite part of vet medicine is developing solutions for complex medical situations & creating treatment plans for each unique patient.

When away from the hospital, he spends most of his time with his family. Dr Philip Cohen Veterinarian also enjoys watching and playing sports any chance he gets.
