Doctor Annalis Cigarroa grew up in Laredo, TX — a city that lies on the frontier with Mexico. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame in 2020 before returning to Texas for her vet degree at Texas A&M. She then completed a 1-year rotating internship at NC State University. She has always been interested in specialty medicine & found the perfect match in Neurology as it allows her to assemble her passions for both medicine & surgery. Doctor Cigarroa is excited to join the Neurology Service & looks forward to exploring NY City.
