About Doctor Stephanie Carraway Veterinarian

I joined AMC in May 1996 – 2005. After a short move to Orlando, I returned to Animal Medical Clinic In May 2007. I knew I wanted to be a vet at the age of four. I enjoy having different challenges every day & love the relationships that develop with my patients & their families. Originally from Louisville, Ky. Dr. Carraway graduated from Miami University for Ohio with a BA in Zoology in May 1990. She then graduated Cum Laude from Auburn University College of Vet Medicine in May 1995.

My areas of interest are canine & feline dentistry, all aspects of small animal medicine, & in particular feline medicine. I am the practice member responsible for securing our Cat-Friendly Practice status & am a member of the AAFP. I also see a variety of “pocket pets.” I practice at both the Melbourne Office & the Beachside Indialantic office.

My husband, Zander, & I have 2 children named Pierce & Leah. We also have a Golden Retriever named Summer four cats (Koi, Charlotte, Beatrice, & Stella), & 2 fish tanks. My free time is spent with my family – boating, 4 wheeling, & wherever their sporting events take us.

Doctor Carraway is an avid runner and has accomplished several marathons. She practices at both our Melbourne location & our Indialantic facility.
