About Doctor Paul Diehl Veterinarian
Doctor Diehl is a Kansas City native who began working at Kansas City Veterinary Care (KCVC). Nearly twenty years ago as a kennel attendant under the guidance of Doctor Hecker. He then progressed to working in the capacity of a vet technician assistant before heading off to veterinary school. When he finished his undergraduate degree at Rockhurst University. Upon completing veterinary school and receiving his Doctorate in Vet Medicine from Kansas State University College of Vet Medicine in 2007. He moved back to Kansas City where he began working as a vet at Kansas City Veterinary Care.
There, with some mentoring from Dr. David McGhee, her found what would become 1 of his greatest passions … dentistry. Along with this, Doctor Diehl is also interested in pain management & internal medicine.
Dr. Diehl is a member of the (AVMA), the Kansas Veterinary Medical Association (KVMA), the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA), the American Veterinary Dental Society (AVDS), & the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management (IVAPM). Dr. Diehl’s family includes his wife, Melissa & their three children, Logan, Ryanne, and Carter. They currently share their home with five cats, 1 dog, two mice, & a ferret. In his free time, Doctor Diehl enjoys spending time with his family, reading, running, & climbing Colorado’s mountains.
