Dr Janet Figarra Veterinarian Graduated from MSU in 1988 with his DVM. He began working in kennels (AAAH) in 1980, later working in the lab, treatment and reception areas. He began working as a clinician and surgeon after graduating from vet school. Dr Janet Figarra Veterinarian’s veterinary passion is soft tissue surgery. “There’s nothing more rewarding than fecund toys, etc., from the small intestine of a small dog,” he says. he says. She enjoys mentoring students in health professions programs through Ann Arbor Public Schools and teaching local 4-H groups about veterinary science.
Dr Janet Figarra Veterinarian appreciates the amount of experience on the staff at Ann Arbor Animal Hospital. “Our general medicine, critical care, & ER staff collaborate fully to communicate, research, & learn from each other.” She believes this collaboration allows Ann Arbor Animal Hospital (AAAH) staff to provide clients with legitimate options and the most appropriate care for patients. Dr Janet Figarra Veterinarian grew up on a small farm and spent most of her time outdoors with “critters.” He had a fascination for watching family members sow paddy and the vet taming the cows. Her sister started vet school when she was in first grade so she had no inhibitions about whether she thought she could succeed as a vet. “I don’t remember a time when I decided to become a veterinarian,” she recalls. “I always knew what I wanted to do.”
She and her husband have three children and their family includes 2 dogs, Toby and Scarlett; 2 cats, Fester and Boris; 2 horses, Judy and Lulu; herd of goats; A flock of chickens; A hare of rabbits; And a cockatoo named Lola!
