Dr Jenneka McCarty Veterinarian graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007, before returning to her hometown of Ithaca, New York, where she completed a rotating medicine & surgery internship at the Cornell University Hospital for Animals. Dr. McCarty, her husband, 2 daughters & a menagerie of animals (most recently three dogs and a very senior cat), made their home in Ithaca for the next eleven years, before relocating to Austin in 2019.
Dr Jenneka McCarty Veterinarian loves all aspects of vet medicine & values strong relationships with her clients & patients. She has a special interest in geriatric care and internal medicine & enjoys the dedicated pet parents she has worked with in Austin, a wonderfully pet-friendly city.
During her free time, Dr Jenneka McCarty Veterinarian & her family take advantage of the good weather, great food and exciting adventures to be had in Austin and the Hill Country, and she enjoys hiking, cooking, art & seeing all kinds of live music.
