Dr Tracy Prouty Veterinarian completed her bachelor of science degree followed by her doctorate in veterinary medicine at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. The following year, she completed a one-year rotating small animal internship at the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) at Washington State University (WSU). She practiced small animal medicine in private practice in Washington State before electing to pursue a residency in Neurology at the Veterinary Neurological Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

After completing her training and obtaining board certification in neurology, she returned to the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Prouty worked as a member of the neurology team at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists in Clackamas, Oregon, & more recently at the DoveLewis Emergency Animal Specialty and Emergency Animal Hospital in Portland, Oregon. Dr Tracy Prouty Veterinarian clinical interests include vestibular and cerebellar disease, spinal surgery, and client education related to neurological diseases and conditions. In her free time, Doctor Tracy Prouty Veterinarian enjoys searching for a new diner or neighborhood restaurant for breakfast with friends and family 7 walking new first paths with her dog Ruthie. She looks forward to spending time with her extended family, hiking, car camping, hammock camping & exploring the New England region.
