About Doctor Lauren Dempsey Veterinarian
Dr. Lauren Dempsey was born in Ohio and grew up in Alpharetta, GA. For her undergraduate, she pursued a Zoology degree from The Ohio State University (OSU) (GO BUCKS!). She then returned to Athens, GA, to pursue her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia. Upon graduation from veterinary school, she spent seven years in Chicago, working at a large 9-doctor practice in Lincoln Park. She’s been back in Atlanta for a couple of years now and loves the city and its pets. Dr. Dempsey’s specific veterinary interests include dentistry, internal medicine, and feline medicine. When she’s not working, she loves traveling, reading, hiking, & explore Atlanta’s food scene.
